How about making self-love a priority this Valentine’s Day?

In our hectic daily routine, we sometimes forget to take care of the most important person in our life : ourselves.

La rue des Femmes’ approach is based on the concept of relational health, a state of profound well-being that promotes a feeling of inner security, connection and happiness with oneself and others. But to be able to relate to and love others, we must first love ourselves.

This Valentine’s Day, take a little time for yourself! To do yourself some good and maintain that all-important connection with yourself, do something loving for… you.

Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation, fun, physical or mental pampering. Show some self-compassion; be kind to yourself.

How about taking hot bath, walking in the fresh air, listening to, or playing some music, getting a massage, reading a good book, being physically active or having coffee with a friend? On Valentine’s Day, take time to celebrate the most important person in your life: you. 💗
